Sparkling Effect

I always like those photos with beautiful and attractive light effect and spark on it. And here, i found a tutorial link teaching us on how to make our self a photo with sparkling effects using photoshop.

I took quite a long period of time to finish this, and i think there is still much more way to improve my skills on using photoshop. Anyway, I'll try my best to produce a better one. Let's see =)
